Communal TV Options

Choose the digital option that's right for your block

What are your options?

We have two main solutions: Shared Dish and our IRS System. Whichever one you go for, your residents will be able to access all the digital TV and radio they want, including the great Sky entertainment packages and features like Sky+ and Sky+HD. But, because our solutions are ‘platform neutral’, they won’t have to sign up for Sky to receive free-to-air programmes.

Shared Dish

Shared Dish is best for blocks with 48 or fewer flats. If residents choose a Sky package, they’ll be able to enjoy all our TV channels and sign up for Sky+, Sky+HD, Sky Talk and Sky Broadband.

Integrated Reception System

Our IRS System is ideal for blocks with 49 or more flats. Based on the Sky Integrated Reception System (IRS), it is highly flexible and can be adapted to blocks of many different types and sizes.
